Safety Interlocks :

No Wad Detection System
This interlock detects the presence of the induction foil inside the cap. If the foil is absent, an audio alarm is activated and the bottle is automatically rejected through the bottle rejection system (applicable when the machine is equipped with a rejection system). -
Auto ON / OFF System
This interlock detects bottle entry at the in-feed. When a bottle enters the sealing head, the machine automatically starts sealing. After the last bottle passes, the machine waits for the next bottle within the set waiting time. If no bottle arrives, the machine stops sealing, thereby saving power. -
Stalled Bottle Detection System
This interlock detects if a bottle is stalled under the induction sealing head. In such a condition, the machine immediately deactivates sealing and provides an audio-visual alarm to prevent overheating and burning of the induction foil. -
Conveyor Stop System
This interlock monitors the movement of the line conveyor. If the conveyor stops due to any fault, the system automatically deactivates the sealing operation and generates an audio-visual alarm. -
Bottle Rejection System
Pneumatically operated bottle rejection system to reject bottles without induction wads. It includes rejection delay and duration control along with a reject bottle counter. Rejected bottles are collected in a collection tray. -
Fault Indication & Monitoring
All faults are displayed on the MMI, along with buzzer indication. The system also displays total bottle count and total rejected bottle count.
