Factory Helper Featured

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily factory operations, support machine operators, handle materials, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth workflow in the production area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
• Support machine operators during production processes.
• Pack, label, and move products as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Perform basic quality checks on products.
• Assist with inventory handling and stock movement.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
