Basic Machine – Standard Supply

  • GMP Model machine construction.

  • One set of change parts suitable for 5 ml to 30 ml vials with 20 mm neck diameter.

  • 3 Nos. SS-316 tanks, capacity 50 litres each.

  • 3 Nos. SS-316 centrifugal pumps – one each for re-circulation water, DM water, and WFI water.

  • 4 Nos. SS-316 filter housings with cartridges:

    • 1 No. for re-circulation water: 10” size, 10 micron

    • 1 No. for fresh DM water: 10” size, 5 micron

    • 1 No. for fresh WFI water: 10” size, 5 micron

    • 1 No. for compressed air: 5” size, 0.2 micron

  • 4 Nos. glycerin-filled pressure gauges.

  • Inbuilt SS-304 wire mesh infeed conveyor.

  • A.C. frequency drive for speed control.

  • Individual solenoid valves for wash media operation.

  • All water contact pipe fittings manufactured from SS-316 material.

  • Gear box and motor for main machine and infeed conveyor.

  • Emergency stop switches provided on control panel and outfeed side.

  • Outfeed can be directly connected to sterilizing tunnel or used for tray collection.

  • Output: Up to 120 VPM (depending upon vial size).
